The greatest treasure of any project is the qualified human team that makes it possible with its daily contributions. From the beginning, Higos del Viar<\/em> has invested in every team member. This is why we chose to develop fig tree cultivation using a trellis training and guiding system with multiple horizontal tiers, as well as minimizing the use of ridges or beds along plant rows. Some tasks have been done the same way for centuries, and we won\u2019t change them unless certain improvements add greater value to our fruits. This applies to the manual and artisanal harvesting, selection, and packaging of our figs and brevas.
